Have you ever thought about being an Umpire?
Andover Little League is proud of the youth who umpire the games for our younger leagues.

Umpires have the opportunity to:
- Gain experience
- Learn the game
- Earn money enjoying America's favorite pastime

Qualifications to be an umpire:
- Understanding of the game
- Willing to make calls and stick with them
- Control the overall game flow
- Keep a level head and maintain a professional manner

Umpires are required to be 13 years old or older and complete the FREE umpire training.
